What does the renewal of your mind look like?
Did you know that you have around 6,200 thoughts per day? Are you aware of your thoughts and what your attention goes to daily? Maybe you struggle with negative thoughts? What you tell yourself is important. With each thought, a neurochemical is released which leads to an emotion, which then leads to an action. If you learn to utilize thought stopping techniques and reinforce positive self-talk, you will see re-integration within yourself! Neurons that fire together, wire together!
